We are a non-profit youth camp in south central Indiana and were looking to update our 40+ year old bed frames. Our number one complaint from parents of our youth was how uncomfortable our mattresses were. The beds are perfect - they are comfortable and durable, easy to move for cleaning and no complaints from the people that sleep on them! All around a great product!

5 star review for ESS Universal. This is our second purchase in two years. The first several beds we bought have lived up to the description and our expectations. These beds have been great for housing some of our VISA workers. The beds are super sturdy and well made, which is why we are chucking more of our old beds and purchasing more of these. The XL length is great. We especially love the mattresses. Perfect and simple and bed bug proof. Love it. The hanging baskets are a good addition, especially for the top bunk. The communication from the staff has been very prompt and very professional. Phil, Dick and the office staff have been great to work with. Quick shipping and excellent products. Have used this company since 2019. The structural strength of the bed frame have endured over 5 years of heavy use for our search and rescue unit. Still as sturdy and squeak free since the day we bought them. Highly recommended, placing an order for additional beds for a different search and rescue unit based on historical reliability. The over all purchasing process and shipping was great! Well worth the price as these beds will outlast the rest of time. The company even contacted me to ensure I was getting a product that correctly fit our needs and we were able to update from the Dallas twin bunk beds to twin xl to accommodate all sizes of adult heights. Biggest guy was 6’6” and easily accessible and accommodating getting in and out of the bed! Again, highly recommended.

We ordered some heavy duty frames in 2021 and then ordered more in 2022 because we liked them so much more than traditional bedframes. A few years later, we've had no issues with them whatsoever. They've held up well, and in a shelter environment, that's what is needed (heavy duty & durable)! Because of the quality and great customer service with the frames, we're now ordering some mattresses as well.

Great beds and excellent customer service!

Ordered about 50 bunk beds and ordering another 100 soon. These are, in the summer camp world, the only bunk beds to get. They are sturdy and have minimal squeaking (as long as it's put together correctly in the location that they are going). We appreciate that they are all welded nicely so there aren't places for critters to hide. I'm thinking that these bunks will last for decades.

We just bought our THIRD bunk bed from ESS Universal. Our kids love them, and our guests in our rental property love them. The beds are super sturdy (like they don't wobble or anything at all). Customer service at ESS is top notch. I've worked with Dick over there and he always returns my emails and phone calls quickly. Will probably be getting more beds here (we have a big family!).
